Bella Casa Design Centre opened its doors in the Spring of 2007. In the fall of 1995, owner/designer, Karen Visser opened a Decorating and Window Fashions business under the name Expression Interior Décor Inc. Through her passion of decorating, Karen expanded her business to offer her clients a full selection of luxurious bedding, bath products and home décor items from around the world.
