1. How many panels are included?

All panels are sold individually. 

2. How long will it take for my order to be complete?

Since panels are made to order, we ask that you allow for 6-8 weeks for completion.

On the ocasion that your chosen fabric is backorder, order time may increase.

3. Are they sheer/light filtering/blackout?

Fabrics are light filtering or sheer. We have the option to add regular lining for a little more privacy & some light blocking, or room darkening lining for extra light blocking. (please note that room darkening lining will not completely black out the space & there will be light gaps)

Sheer panels are only available in unlined.

4. What size should I order?

If you are ordering panels for the first time, we have created a measuring guide, click here to view.

If you are replacing existing panels & love the current fit, measure the length & width of your existing panels. Make sure to measure the width at the top of the panel. 

5. Whats the diffrence between Made to Order Drapery & Custom Drapery?

Made to order drapery is a curated collection of fabrics, sizes & colours. This offers a more streamlined process for customers who want high quality, designer drapery panels without the full custom process.

Custom Drapery is a service offered for those who need a more detailed, guided experience. Invovling 1 on 1 appointments both in-store & in-home with our designers.
