We stand behind our products and want our customers to enjoy them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items or the product is defective, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days after you have received and signed for your purchase. We will fully refund you the value of the item(s) returned and taxes incurred following the inspection.
Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 1 844 440 4190 prior to returning the item so we may issue you an authorization number. Products shipped without an authorization number may be refused.
All merchandise returned to Bella Casa Design Centre must be shipped prepaid by the customer, unless the product is defective. Should your product arrive broken or defective, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to have the product returned and a replacement sent out. If you are located in the Edmonton area, you may return the product to the store and your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please be aware that customers in the United States will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties.
Exceptions: Returned goods must be unused, unwashed and in resalable condition including all original packaging and labels. We cannot offer returns on special sizing or discrepancies in colour as computer monitors may vary slightly from actual colours. Please be sure to check our sizing charts or call us for sample swatches prior to ordering. For hygienic reasons we are also unable to return any pillows, duvets and mattress pads. Conditions may vary on special ordered items.
